ICE
Well I woke up this morning to a text saying NO SCHOOL due to weather. I get out of bed take a look out the window and what do I see...... tons of ICE everywhere. It is still sleeting as I sit here and write out this blog. We are suppose to get at least 1 inch but it definitely looks like we will be getting more. No major damage as of yet and we still have power so that is good. Right now we just have a few limbs down. Hopefully that is all the damage we suffer and maybe the weather will warm up instead of being in the low 20s. Hope everyone is safe out there with whatever weather you are forced to deal with.

Owen's surgery
checking inOwen had his tonsils and adnoids out on Monday. The precedure went well but coming out he was very sleepy so they kept him in post recovery longer than expected. On top of that he kept holding his breath so they had to keep waking him up to remind him to breathe. When he finally made it to his room he was awake and kind of lippy. He informed me that if I die before he is 30 he wants my car. He had bad gas and tried to blame it on his dad :) When we finally got to go home he fell asleep in the car and slept for most of the day. Then tuesday night he spiked a fever which worried us but tylenol and a bath brought it down. So it has been a long couple of days. We have been making him sit up and move around but he still acts like he doesn't feel good :) Hopefully he feels better tomorrow!
Wright State Game with the kids
Meegan and I took the kids to the WSU "Black Out" Game so they could use their free tickets that they received for Christmas. We had a wonderful time and it was a great game. Just for going to the game the first 5000 people received free black WSU T-Shirts. Then during the game Ashton caught a yellow T-shirt that they cheerleaders were throwing out! He was super excited and couldn't wait for Justin to come home so he could show him :) I took some wonderful pictures and the kids enjoyed getting to eat the kids hot dog meal box @ the game! So a big thanks to our neighbor Jane for the tickets! It was a wonderful night out for the kids.

We had a wonderful time visiting with everyone this past weekend. Of course the time went by too quickly and we hated to leave. But we will see them hopefully again at the end of this month! Thanks to Mom, Dad, Amber, & Landon for our christmas gifts and it was wonderful to see you all! Love you guys !
Christmas with Aunt Amanda & Uncle Trent
Dinner @ Outback
We headed to Cincy to have dinner with Justin's family before Aunt Diane had surgery! It was a great dinner and we enjoyed spending time with everyone especially Aunt Diane :) Her surgery went well and they had to remove more than expected but she is in recovery at the hospital at the moment. It is going to be a long recovery for her and we wish her all the best!
New Years Eve
These 3 rocked out until 2 am and even then they did not want to go to bed. They were having a blast just playing video games and snacking. They were really well behaved and got along with no arguments :)
